Allegations of Rape
A conviction for rape charges in Ohio can result in very serious punishments, including prison sentences, possible life imprisonment, requirements to register as a sex offender for life, a permanent criminal record and/or fines. Many allegations of rape are strictly based on the testimony of the assumed victim, but are not corroborated by any hardcore or substantial evidence. Therefore, it is imperative to hire a Columbus rape defense attorney who will attempt to find applicable defenses to your case or other factors that will assist in your defense.
