Dylan J. Marshall pleaded guilty in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court to a fourth-degree felony of drug trafficking, a fifth-degree felony of four counts of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony for three counts of having weapon under disability, and a first-degree misdemeanor for obstructing justice.
